Any thoughts on Adrian Carsini being gay? Not that there is anything wrong with that. I ask because he does sort of speak effeminately. When Karen Fielding, a very attractive, classy and sophisticated female, who obviously loves him and even suggest that they take their relationship to a higher level. Carsini in no uncertain terms lets her know he is not interested.
I could see a reasonable argument being made in that direction! I personally always felt that he was asexual - so dedicated and obsessed with his wine and family business that he never had time for anything else.
That is an excellent response, Dirk. Absolutely agree that wine was, for all intents and purposes, his lover. Sad but also emphasizes his anger when Rick tells him about selling the land to the Marino Brothers... (THE MARINO BROTHERS?!?!? THE MARINO BROTHERS?!?!?...they don't make wine....they don't even make a good mouthwash!)
