Even though Hugh had a lot of money tied up into the building if he had just agreed to marcies terms and sold his building, he would have come out with 5 million dollars.

I like how some episodes show that, while the villain thinks a murder will solve his/her problems, it usually creates even more! In Hugh's case, he ends up blackmailed by his partner and all of his prized decorations stripped from his office :smile:

One thing that I never understood was how did Columbo come to figure out that the camera set in Marcy's room was done so by Sam Marlow? Prior to Columbo meeting with Marlow, I saw no connection. At least on the TV version. Now maybe the actual episode had parts cut out of it that they do not show on television. That has been known to happen. Any ideas would be appreciated
