Unanswered Topics link isn't working correctly

To the site Admin or Message Board software company:

The Unanswered Topics link currently shows both the Original Post along with any Answers that have not been replied to. I don't believe this is the intent of an "unanswered topic" list. It should only show Original Posts, but not any of the "re: replies."

They don't bother to answer any of my topics.. Either they can't be a$$ed or theyre not members of my special ferternity. One of the three.
