This is one of the best episodes from newer series. I really like it
- Wade Anders doesn't look trustable as a host of the criminal program to me :)
- when he changed the packages of cigarettes on Budd's house, he took the "normal one" with handkerchief, why? nobody will check it later
- why did he changed those cigarette butts on the first place? why couldn't he have left the old ones? what's the difference? I never thought about it before, but now it makes no sense for me.
- also I don't understand why he prepared all this "escape to death" story? what was it needed for?
- by the way I think it is possible to torn the paper from printer touching it only on one side, you just need to fold it :) maybe it would not be handy, but it is possible
- Columbo shows Wade two cigarette butts and asks him if he sees the difference. So that means one of it was smoked by Budd, and another was not. But both of them don't have this nicotine stains on filter
- you don't see a change in Columbo's hairstyle after hairdresser took care of it
- how did Columbo find a guy who sells porn movies?
- Mrs Columbo seems to have a lot of autographs from the murderers :P
- the scene when Columbo hits Wade's car is a little silly for me
