I guess "Sky High I.Q." just means genius.

Its a strange title. I guess the murderer is saying Bye Bye to his victim. The expression: “Sky High”, means extremely high up, but not literally in altitude. You can have a sky high fever but in this case, the IQ’s of the murder victim and suspects are sky high. Not one of the better titles, but at least it relates.
