I see that the Columbo 1970s Complete Collection and Columbo The Final Years 1989-2003 Blu-ray Boxsets are both being released in the UK now. The 1970s Complete Collection boxset has been available since June 2024 and the Final Years boxset is set for release in October 2024, according to Amazon UK.

Has anyone bought the new 1970s era set yet? If so what do you think of the picture and sound? I'm planning to get both sets as soon as I can. I gather that the extras that were meant to be included don't feature due to some mishap. That's a real shame but I'm still looking forward to watching Columbo in higher definition than on the DVDs or the first two series which were already released on Blu-ray a few years ago.
