Specifically, when he gets to the door of Milo Janus\' House. And then he sees the incredible Jessica, AKA Gretchen Corbett, in that wonderful bikini and he tells her that he was thinking about something else. Wonder what he was really thinking about and I wonder if his wife would approve? Just a quick observation
He's thinking what all of us guys were thinking!

I wonder what that flowered bikini would look like on the floor!

It's funny that later in the scene, he says that he'd hate for Mrs. Columbo to lose what he considers TOO MUCH weight.
Maybe he means it, but his famous reaction to Jessica says that he doesn't always feel that way.
