1. It is so funny for me to see this RAGE in Dale while he is making mess in the apartment after murdering his uncle :D
2. I find one background person realy funny: the redhead, short woman who speaks with Sam Franklin in the beggining of exhibition. Her voice and smile are funny :)
3. Same thing is with the art galery owner. She is adorable and funny. Please take a look on her when Columbo starts to speak with Frankin (painting nude model), in the background. How she sits down completely hangovered :D
4. When Kingston checks his watch all the time - Sam Frankling tells him he has "5 to eleven". But Dale never asked him about the time, so always a little strange for me
5. The guard enters the house without weapon in his hand - kind of risky on his part
6. Policewoman Sally, who runs donw the stairs, always a fan of her :D
7. A little bit out of subject, but I was always wondering the same as Columbo. How the thief sells stolen painting if it is so famous
8. The parking lot buy, when asked by Columbo says "it was 5 to eleven". The same "5 to eleven" was previously with Sam Franklin
9. The scene in Dale's apartment raises some doubts for me: why Kingston didn't hide the paintings anywhere while Columbo was still sleeping? was it Columbo's intention to wait until the night when Kingston is back? or he really fell asleep? and why the heck somebody from the police department was reaching Columbo under this number at that late hour?
10. There are some moments in some episodes that you are really waiting to see while whatching certain episode. In this one it is definitelly the scene with Tracy's landlord. All the scene from the beggining to the end is brilliant
11. The gardener says: "are you still guarding this place?" and policeman answers: "just me, I keep the tourists away". What tourists? why would tourists go there?

Re: Suitable for Framing comments

I always thought how stupid is Kingston? he insists on having his Aunts house searched "for her own good"... his whole plot, lady running down the stairs, gun in the bushes near the aunts house, etc... Yes I know he had to frame her to get the inheritance, but really, she definitely didn't fit the profile. He would have been better off making her have "an accident" or something like that. After all he already killed two people, why not a third? it would have been more believable

Re: Suitable for Framing comments

I agree with point 9, it seems very silly of kingston to wake up columbo with the su****ious paintings in hand, rather than hide them, he had all the time.

As for columbo, we know how clumsy he is but also how he's willing to do anything to solve a case, even leasing an apartment, so I would say he fell asleep by accident, but then he tried to make use of the accident to solve the case, for example checking kingston's bag with the paintings, and he'd have caught him red handed!

Also agree, it's very strange for the police to call columbo at kingston's number overnight, as in assuming he's innocent and he doesn't spend the night out murdering people, they would presumably risk waking him up.
