Re: Hymie the Robot

And let's not forget Gregory Sierra, from Barney Miller, listed in the credits for Publish or Perish.

Re: Re: Hymie the Robot

I remember Dick from a 70's show " When Things Were Rotten " not from Columbo..Then again, I need to get more...

Re: Hymie the Robot

Rick was that the one where it was set in the time of Robin Hood?

Re: Re: Hymie the Robot

Yes Casa..WTWR aired for only one year, around 1975-1976 season. I also wanted to say thanks for being very friendly.

Re: Hymie the Robot

Oh boy.....thank you so much...that was very kind to say....you are getting my eyes filled with tears!! ....but thank you....

Re: Hymie the Robot

oh...and thanks for the info on WTWR

Re: Hymie the Robot

Dick Gautier never appeared with Columbo to my knowledge...but his wife did!

Dick was married to Barbara Stuart, who played Claire Fleming (the murder victim) in "Enough Rope", the 1961 TV drama that marked Columbo's first appearance.

See the Scrapbook article, "Enough Rope - The Very First Columbo". It's also linked from the home page.

Barbara is best remembered as "Miss Bunny", Sgt Carter's girlfirend in "Gomer Pyle, USMC". But before that, she was the very first murder victim to be avenged by Lieutenant Columbo.
