I wonder what PEter Falk does everyday? Is he good in solving detectives in real life?

He is probably so lousy at it...and he would be the first to admit it! go to his web site..think it is peterfalk.com he is an incredible artist...he has produced many wonderful works of art.......I believe he described his fantasy day as having a great breakfast and then going up to his art studio and drawing all day........

but he must be great in detectives.

what do you mean michael?....other detectives?...ala sherlock holmes..ellery queen?.. stuff like that?...i don't really think peter gets into all of that stuff...he was columbo..and he played a character on tv..and he is amazingly proud of what he did on that show...and rightfully so...but i don't think he holds a torch for any other detectives..................

First, it seems to me he works. Take a look at his recent and upcoming movies in the IMDB -- I think he has made himself busier for the last few years, than ever before in his career.

When he's relaxing, he likes to play with the dogs -- he and his wife have, I believe, a considerable pack of them. I think he's involved in the gardening around his house as a hobby, too.

But most of all, and most famously, he likes to go out to his studio in the garage and draw "naked women", from live naked models. You can see some of his art work om www.peterfalk.com.

Sounds kinds like a cross between Dr. Eric Mason and Max Barsini.

I meant that is he good in solving detectives in real life, I mean he just has to be, but it sounds like he isnt? Right?

Well..as David pointed out (and I had forgotten about..) he did write "It's All in the Game"...a newer episode that I have only seen once....

lol, only once. But that isnt proof, a lot of ppl hellp him out. Could he treally solve mysteries though?
