Re: Re: How to Host a Murder -- Columbo imitation

Too much port in your storm?

Re: How to Host a Murder -- Columbo imitation

I'd say!!!!!

Although, I prefer White Zinfandel!! But Any Old Zinfandel In A Storm just doesn't have the same ring to it!!

Re: Re: How to Host a Murder -- Columbo imitation

How about Any Old Zinfandel in a Zephyr? Here are my other five top 10 "sideways" titles for the ep (which I saw again Sunday on Hallmark -- what a classic!):

Any Old Chiraz in a Shower
Any Old Blush in a Bluster
Any Old Bourdeaux in a Blizzard
Any Old Gallo in a Gale
Any Old Merlot in a Maelstrom

And for those who have far cheaper tastes in the graph, Any Old Thunderbird in a Thunderstrom.

Re: How to Host a Murder -- Columbo imitation

Very good, Martin, very good!!
May I add a few?

Any Old Cabernet In A Cloudburst
Any Old Chardonnay In A Cyclone
Any Old Gamay In A Gust
Any Old Shiraz In A Sirocco
Any Old Merlot In A Mistral
Any Old Riesling In A Rainstorm
Any Old Sauvignon In a Sandstorm
and my personal favorite...
Any Old Muscatel In a Mudslide

And of course I know my vino....I'm Italian!!

Here's an old Italian toast.....

"May your life be like a good wine--tasty...sharp...and clear. And like good wine--may it improve--with every passing year! Salute'!"
