Which TV Movie Was This?

A couple of years (2-3) years ago I saw a few seconds of a Columbo TV movie (CBS/ABC). It costarred this pretty woman with very blonde hair/wig in a cleopetra/pageboy style. Sorry I don't have the plot. Can anyone tell me the name of the movie or the actress? Thanks.

Rosie, I believe you may be talking about Columbo Likes the Nightlife.....and the actress was the very pretty Jennifer Sky.
