Exercise In Futility

For all the years I've enjoyed this episode (and the many times I've viewed it), I still cannot decipher exactly what it is Milo says to Buddy inviting him over to watch a film: All I can make out is:

"Charlie's got -(BLANK)- horror film, x-rated and uncut".

The Columbia House VHS print isn't captioned, so I could never find out that way. I'm sure the DVD copy will be, but I can't think of a better place to diffuse a nagging curiosity.

Re: Exercise In Futility

Well Zandy, I checked out my vhs copy of it...and boy that is a tough question.
Now how do I put this delicately?
To me it sounds like the word for a lady of the evening...you know the one...it starts with w, and it rhymes with door. But I am sure that would have never gotten passed the censors. When the 4th season dvds come out next week I'll check it out on there.

Re: Re: Exercise In Futility

Cass, I think you are correct. Unless it is "horror."

Re: Exercise In Futility

As Zandy pointed out above he says 'horror', and you can hear that clearly. But there is that word before 'horror'.

Re: Exercise In Futility

Well, Zandy, not to beat a dead horse or anything, but I checked it out on the new dvd. The subtitles said..."Charlie's got us a horror film..."

Re: Re: Exercise In Futility

Good going cass, I finally watched the episode and deciphered it too.....
