Is this a previously unspotted goof?
When Columbo drives toward mansion, wide view shows an elevated one story structure, with no apparent risings.
Episode shows grand stairway and handicapped lift to second floor. One scene shows elaborate upstairs bedroom.
Interior scenes seem to contradict contour of house. Yes? No?

UNSPOTTED goof?

That same house was used in a Rockford Files episode, and a feature film I can't remember the name of. It's funny too, because here I am surfing through the scene of some obscure movie, and my recognition of the place was as instantaneous as "Playback" was the first thought that came to mind.

My favorite Columbo mansion ever.
