Henry Mancini produced a lot of Columbo's music. The man is pure genious when it comes to writing music, yet tell that name to all the young folks who love rap and stuff and they won't have a CLUE as to who you are referring to. Bravo Henry!!!!
Henry Mancini...that dream-maker...that heart-breaker...He's credited with the theme music for the Mystery Movie series....
But let me ask you..what do you go away humming or whistling until you hear another song?
Could Henry have matched "G-E-G;G-E-G;A-G-F-E-D-E-F;E-F-G-D-D-D-D-D-E-F-G-A ????
Can you finish it?
Would it be: G-E-G-C-B-A-G?
Yes, that would work. Call it first ending.
Second ending: G-E-E-F-E-D-C.
Grand finale: G-E-E-G-A-B-C.
I knew I went to college for some reason
what are you people talking about?
Is there a free computer program, or web site, that would let us plug in these letters, and hear the notes? That would be even cooler than your just telling us the answers.
Columbo would find a way. Do I really have to walk you through it.
Should we get MM7 on the case?
(bob and fred!! you're both nuts!!! i love it! )
Well ma'am, I guess it takes one to know one !
Thanks Cass - I resemble that remark. But back to my original post - I think Mancini's music was great for Columbo.

Can someone give that dog a bone please...!
