Please help! I need to identify an episode!!!

Hi all,
Maybe someone can help me, I am sure I remember watching an episode of Columbo the ended with Columbo in a car with the murderer at night and when he goes through the summing up the murderer gets out a bottle of wine and drinks a toast to the detective as the episode ends. I cannot find out which episode this is and it's driving me mad! Can anyone help? Please!

I believe the episode was season three's 'Any Old Port In A Storm' which was also one of Peter Falk's personal favourites.

Wow! Excellent, believe it or not this has been foxing me for months. For some reason I thought it was a William Shatner episode and after watching both of his this week I was really confused. Many Many thanks!
