I've only just seen this, and I hated reading it. Any fan of The Odd Couple (among countless other things) knows him very well. He made a specialty out of playing clergymen conducting weddings, especially ones that got interrupted (Oscar and Blanche in a flashback, Blanche and another man, Oscar and another woman). He even played a clergyman who almost married Lois Lane and Lex Luthor in a "Lois and Clark" episode! Possibly the only actor ever typecast for something like that.
