Well, I'm glad y'all like The Littlest Columbo. He made regular appearances here a few years ago, but hasn't been seen much lately.

I found the basic little picture in some now-defunct collection of mini-images, free for taking -- the creator had a talent for making distinctive characters in as few pixels as possible. I added the smoke animation later.

Those of you who know how, I don't mind your saving the image and using it, although I would ask that you please host it on another server instead of using my URL. I've got a couple more, with the dog and the car.
