This one is in "Columbo and the Murder of a Rock Star." When Columbo goes to the beach house and the cleaning lady answers the door, it is pouring rain. Columbo even has an umbrella (like he needs it with that raincoat). Three minutes later, he goes out back to check the garbage cans for corks. The sun is out, not a cloud in the sky, AND no water marks on the pavement. Riddle me this one!!!

I noticed that one too. There are several episodes where the weather is in question. In Agenda For Murder the rainstorm probably would have covered the entire parking lot including the space under Oscar Finch's car.
