Dolores Did Harold's Job

I really liked "A Bird in the Hand." For post NBC years, this was one of the better episodes. Dolores running down Big Fred indeed did a job that she had no idea Harold was going to do. Ah, but then again the plot thickens when Harold tries to blackmail Dolores. Seems to me that she had the money to pay him off, not kill him. Not only does she kill him, but axes her lover at the same time. Not a very good move.

Absolutely true, it's a strange decision, I also don't understand why she changed her mind, in the sense early in the episode she was fine giving harold 20k dollars, then suddenly doesn't want to give him even 1 dollar.
