I didn't mean to imply he hid it....I just noticed on his 4 recent posts (only) that he used the subtle phase "my wife (that's Mrs Kerin)" very "a la Columbo".
It's the first time I ever noticed in his posts the Columbo-like reference.
I often like to put "..oh, just one more thing...", and other Columbo-like phrases in my posts.
It's just I noticed this little thing that kept botherin' me. Was I missing some subtle hidden reference? I think I was.
When I saw it again, it struck me. Maybe it was intended, maybe it was coincidental...but I just don't know how he's gonna' explain it.
I just prefer the more informal "Ted". It took me many years to forgive my parents for naming me Theodore
I have no reason to assume "everybody will know" I'm the same Ted who co-authors the site, but it's still a relatively unusual first name (it declined quickly in popularity right after Teddy Roosevelt), so I figure our regular visitors would know after a while. Especially since I post fairly often in reply to technical questions or problems about the forum or the site.
But when I post about "Columbo", it's just as any other fan. Usually I am much more interested to know what everybody else has to say about Columbo, than in expressing my own opinion. That's why I seldom reply in threads about "favorite" episodes or scenes, etc, unless somebody asks me directly.
