So I'm sitting here while my babe watches this past Tuesday's episode of the soap, "All My Children". The evil Dr. David Hayward is mocking the lovable Tad (private eye) Martin. Hayward used Tad's DNA to link him to a missing daughter. Tad says, "How did you manage to get my DNA?" Hayward rolls his eyes and responds sarcastically, "You caught me alone in your house, remember, Columbo?! I went there to steal your toothbrush!"

Funny stuff.

Well, I guess you had to be there.

Tad Martin is still on AMC after all these years???

I remember him way back in 1984. Does Michael E. Knight still play the role? He was on "Matlock" once, you know. Played the part of a magician who is framed for murder. I could picture Knight as a cocky, arrogant young Columbo killer in his heyday.
