Who's Murder Trial Is It?...
Is it the defendant's trial or the victim. I hear stations saying both. Example..."Jurors are expected to hear closing arguments in Anthony Grimm's murder trial." Grimm is the defendant. Or "Day three in Tonia Smith's murder trial...prosecutors say the man who killed her almost 10-years ago escaped charges for years until DNA linked him to the crime." Smith is the victim. I know there is probably a "style book" answer, but I want to know what you think.
