Don Craven is planning a lawsuit against the Southern View Village Board. People trying to attend a meeting this week couldn't get inside Village Hall. A man was arrested when he tried to address the board and couldn't get an answer and continued his questioning despite the Village Board president telling him to sit down and be quiet.
The other issue is the Chatham Library board which sent emails to each other that were requested by a resident. Items were blacked out making it a FOIA issue as well. Scott Sievers is looking into this one.
