WNIJ in DeKalb is on the verge of starting a search for a reporter/anchor. It's a full-time public radio gig, and I'm looking for advice on interesting, creative, and effective places to post our job listing.

Of course, INBA is right up at the top of the list. But I'd appreciate any management-types who are willing to share some trade secrets with the forum. And if you're one of the many happily-employed INBA reporters, I'd like to know how you found out about your dream job.
