It will be up to the JHNSA to decide if any donations are refunded, etc. Keep in mind that if you chose to deduct your donation on your Federal taxes, you MAY be required to resubmit your tax form for that year (NOT a pleasant experience). I don't know this for a fact, but given the way our IRS works, it wouldn't surprise me.
Based on what the JHNSA has said thus far, I think they still plan to display the bricks, so this may be a non-issue.
