Greetings from AZ

Hi All - Thought I'd "check in" and say Hello. I hope you all are well.... I’m looking forward to the upcoming Turning Stone concert. It will be great to see everybody again. Can't wait to see the Flyers again too. I guess not many people realize that I was the drummer with them for about a year just prior to the formation of Alecstar. (I have the pictures and old recordings to prove it) So this concert will be like a big ol' high school reunion. I haven't spoken to any of them in years.....Mitch Tingiris has been the main driver behind the whole reunion concert thing including all the CD/DVD/Website stuff. Everyone that he assembled to help out has done an incredible job, and for that I am grateful. We (the band) put together a few new tracks for the CD. It was definitely a time warp hearing some of the older recordings, plus a few new things that we never had the time or finance to finish in the day. The marvel of modern technology. I was able to record my vocal tracks out here in Phoenix and then send them back to sync up with the main tracks. There's one more tune to finish and then on to the final mix.....Stay tuned - more to follow. God Bless all...Geo M

Hey, George! Greetings from Lake George! I wondered where you had settled. So good to know that you are doing well. My brother Stan & I are looking forward to the Turning Stone concert. It will be great to see you and hear the music again live! I know that the place will be packed, but I hope we get a chance to chat. My friend Trisha Marsh moved out to Gilbert, AZ last spring. so you never know...might see you around sometime. Stay well, Keep rockin!

George!! Whaddya doing in Arizona?? My aunt lives in Phoenix but I've never been out to visit. It's amazing the great response I have had about the old pics of you guys and Flyers on my site. Looking forward to seeing you in September!

Hi George, how are things in the dry city of Phoenix? Looking forward to seeing you guys play again!! Seeing you on drums and lead vocals at the same time is a trip through time, but a good one!! Can't wait for the CD. Would love to see you guys play out at a bar one of these years!! Memories of when I first saw you guys play out!! Rock On!!! Brian Brennan
