The first time I heard about the band was from my father. He was a part time cop in Camden in 79, on a "doughtnut break"when he was at the house and said they have a guy down at at the Cedar Lodge called Alec Star that everybody says he sounds just like the bands he is playing.
I knew it had to be something to see because he was a big time old country fan. I was home from college for xmas and didn't have anything better to do so I jumped in the car. All I can remember was drinking way to much,I wasn't very good at it and he was still on duty and I had his car so someone drove me home. When I got home in May I saw the band again and I couldn't get enough,still can't,thanks for the reunions and the dvd,keep rocking!
