It looks like the wife and I are going to the Giants celebration parade tomorrow. We're leaving at 3:45AM to catch the 5:30 ferry from Vallejo. An hour across the bay and in SF at 6:30 for breakfast.
Should be an interesting day in the city.

It was a great time! We got to the SF port at 6:30 and then walked up Market St. to the Civic Center. Around 7:30 we decided we'd rather watch the parade than the ceremony, so we headed back towards the port where we found a nice place to view it. We waited from 8:00 to 11:30 and it was well worth it. The parade was sooo good, the whole SF Giants work force, and players from the past as well as the 2010 WS champs in cable cars.
We hung around for a while and then boarded the 3:30 ferry and headed home.
Oh yea, it was a GREAT time!!
