Can any of you truly say that you thought Brett Gardner who was hitting around .160 near the end of April would be leading the Bronx Bombers in BA & his OBP is now over .370.He sure is exciting & can play Def.too.
I'll say "me" because he's on all my non-CBS leagues and is a big part of my success creeping back in those leagues.
That being said, it's fitting that Yankee "fans" apparently think there are 7 other Yankees that deserve All-Star consideration ahead of Gardner.
And just to be fair, 1.2mm people think Crawford is an All-star. Like I said before, I sure hope the Redsox and Yankees can beat the N.L. for rights to World Series home-field advantage.
I liked Brett Gardner early and had him on many of my non cbs teams. In drafts that Jimi run he seldom lasted till the 100 ADP. But the slow start and batting at the bottom of the order killed off some of his supporters. Right now I like him better than Albert Pujols.
