Jimi, in the past we had to move DL players to our bench and cut someone if we thought they would be valuable during the playoffs. Is that not true this year?

Barry, you're the second to ask me this. Your memory is correct. Last year I went to each team and deleted all the players not on the 27 man active roster. Then I restored them back to the rosters (for keeper purposes) when the post season concluded.
It was then that I told myself that next season (2011) I was just going to leave the rosters as they are. The MLB lets teams make post season roster moves, it adds that to our playoffs. It was my mistake for not entering it into the rules over the winter.

Jimi - Brantley just went on DL. Can I replace him with a free agent? Or is the new rule that I can only activate one of my already DL'd players if they get better?

Ray, rosters are frozen once the playoffs begin. You can move players around that are on your roster, but no new FA players can be picked up.
