When is Dick going to vote so we can move on with planning?

Dick e-mailed me last night and said he has already voted. This means someone else thinks they have voted but they haven't.
I'll be sending out a new e-mail to have everyone double check to make sure. In the mean time I do believe we don't need to get to excited over this as we have plenty of time to get this done.
