I was reading a Scott White article on the value of considering players in tiers. Although I agree in theory, it is a riot in retrospect to see his 2011 tier groupings knowing how the different players' years went.

I've always thought that so called "experts" rankings and projections were something to look at, but not take too seriously.
Unless they own a crystal ball I really can't see how they know much more than those of us who have been playing this game for all these years.
