We've had Minor League Keepers (MiL) for 3 years now. Our rules state that a hitter can not appear in more than 12 games, an SP more than 3 starts (or 6 games pitched) and an RP more than 6 games.
A MiL player must be on an OGBL roster by July 31st to be eligible to be a keeper.
There has been a gray area here concerning veteran players who have met the games played requirements. To make it more clear the rules concerning veteran players has been updated. For a veteran to be eligible as an Extra Keeper he must either be drafted or on an OGBL roster before Opening Day and meet the games played requirements.

In the past we have called this MiL Keepers, it will now be referred to as "Extra Keepers". Teams will be allowed to keep up to 3 Extra Keepers.
