The NL to AL thing is always talked about when a pitcher goes to the other league. For fantasy purposes an SP can lose some Ks for sure, but the plus side is extra IP because they no longer get pinch hit for in close games. Going deeper into games increases the chance for more Wins as well as IP and QS. JMO
