To all you veterans, I tip my hat. Happy Veterans Day.

So I'm interested to know who else is a veteran. I served in the US Army (1969-72) back when we still had the draft. Anyone else?

Naval Air Reserve from 72 to 78. No active duty, so no veteran status. Personnelman was my rate so if they needed a nasty letter to be typed to the enemy then I was their man.

Was in the Navy Jan 71 to Jan 75, became a Seabee (construction) for 4 years. Spent over 3 of those years overseas. Guam, Okinawa, Japan, and a short stay in Thailand.
