I'm not sure why there is a MLB investigation of the leak of the Ohtani minor arm problem. It is likely a legal issue with HIPAA but why does MLB care about that. Any team that was to trade for him would get access to his medical info so that is not an issue. Are they worried that gamblers might not know? That is hard to believe even though they have started to accept Roto and some other forms of "gambling" that might care. Thoughts?
