I just discovered this site today - WOW - pity I hadn't found it this time last year when I was suicidal...anyhow that's a story for another day.

Today I just wanted to ask if anyone has experienced weight gain whilst on antidepressants?

My baby is nearly 20 months and I have been on medication since she was 16 weeks. Initially I was given AFFEX which didn't affect my weight, but neither did it help my symptoms. Then I took LEXAPRO which helped greatly at first but I put on nearly 2 stone. I found that I had an average weight gain of 2lb per week even though I hadn't altered my diet!

My doctor didn't believe me but changed me onto ENDRONAX (reboxetine). I have been on this for a while now without further weight gain, but I can't seem to shift the pounds either....HELP!

Honestly speaking i am not in the favor of gaining weight by the drugs..It has side effects on health..From my opinion weight gain naturally is the best method fir gaining weight fast and easily...
