Well i finally went docs last week Friday and she said i have pnd again and started me on a low dose of 10mg and i forgotten how horrible the side effecs are... head aches, aching, sickness and panic feeling.. and im supposed to be going to London at the weekend with my sister and mum and i just dont feel up to it...

but i feel i have to go as she has brought it for me for my xmas gift....so i hope the effects soon wear off and i get some benifit from the meds again as the last time i was on them i did ok and it did lift my mood and i felt so much better...
