I have been diagnosed with PND 3 weeks ago and have been on citalopram since then. However I still seem to be stuck in a vicious cycle of anxiety around sleep. I get so anxious in the evenings and in the day that I can't eat. I am taking temazepan (2 tablets) but even this doensn't often work. I am desparate to break the cycle as I know that as soon as the sleep starts to improve so will I. I don't know what to do so if anyone can tell me how they got on from their experience I would love to hear from them.
