i cant handle it no more im always feeling down and sometimes right down were i burst out crying and get a head ache and take it out on my boyfriend i feel like im not a good mum 2 my lil girl . i darent go to the doctors as i would have to go on my own and dont wana look like i cant cope but i no deep down i cant please some 1 help xx

You aren't alone - it just really feels like it. This will pass, honest, but do get down to your GP. You don't have to go on your own you can take your baby with you and the GP will be fantastic. Mine was amazing and I'd never met him b4. If you can't even face getting out of the house, try your health visitor. Asking for help is really difficult but believe me, once you get proper help,you'll begin to feel much better. All the best sweetie x
