When I was little I spoke to trees, then I’d press my ear to the warm bark and listen to their long groaning replies. I had to be careful not to get distracted by the chittering of insects, the gnawing of squirrels, and the needling beaks of birds as they wove their nests in the trees. In those days I never heard the sounds of fae creatures.

However, my relationship with trees prompted me to listen for, and seek out the spiritual manefestations of nature. Come see the drawings that record that expedition. Each faerie is posed in a yoga position and bares a message. Perhaps there is one that will speak to you.
