I was doing some meditation last night, with the crystals on my chakras. I was getting messages not to use the standard chakra pack I sometimes use, but to use rose quartz as the dominant crystal. I used clear quartz above my head, green moss agate on my third eye, blue lace agate on my throat, then three rose quartz down my body, and finally red jasper to keep me grounded. It was so powerful, and wonderful. The rose quartz at first, it felt as if I were about to start crying, and then after a while that subsided with the healing from the crystals. I could also see the white light in the room during the meditation, in my mind's eye. I must say it was beautiful, and a lovely meditation experience.
