Away From The Numbers

All good things come to an end. Or so they say. AFTN has been around since 1989, first as a fanzine and then making the jump to a website and forum in 2003. We've been through the many ups and down at East Fife in those 12 years but policing the forum has become a giant pain in the ass in recent years. As such, we made the decision not to renew it when it expired.

The forum is no more and will remain as a locked archive until it is eventually deleted by the host. We're looking in to try to save some of the content as an archive.

This is not the end of AFTN though. The site will continue and will be revamped and return in its full glory for the start of the 2016/17 season. Maybe even sooner. There will be a comment sections and possibly even a new, registered forum. Check our Twitter (@aftnwebsite) for all the latest info and we'll also post in on the EFFC memories Facebook page.

Until then, have a last browse here, thanks for all your support over the years, and 'Mon the Fife.

Has our next two games down as being Clyde at home and then Alloa away...

Has the Dumbarton game on February 6 been moved?

Re: Official website

The former official site has us playing on the 6th against Dumbarton, who knows which to believe?

Re: Official website

The fixture list in both websites show that we are playing Clyde (home - 30th Jan), Dumbarton (home - 6th Feb), then Alloa (away - 13th Feb).

Re: Official website

The new site lists the NEXT HOME game & the NEXT AWAY game not the NEXT 2 games. As the Dumbarton game is at home it is not listed. Having said that, the next away game is Arbroath tomorrow, but the principle is the same.

Re: Official website

wish we had a new look layout website just visted berwick rangers new website looks pretty good i have to admit with all the fancy detail pictures and updated squad lists, staff and news we are behind in our social media stuff these days. I mean our squad list doesn't included our new players part from Julen, the coaching staff just has gary featuring the youths well be nice to see youth squads or developing squads to see we are very poor.

falconer, Wolley and Honeyman still on-loan wish the club updated us on how they are progressing from week to week they are still part of the club. Maskrey wasn't on the bench yestarday either?

the website layout and news lacks by the club, have to get news on twitter from the club and most clubs on twitter during the game has info on the match on twitter as a club this is a poor standard well below other clubs who have a good site and hold correct information and good layouts and not so wasteful tabs wish ours was a better view on the website

Re: Official website

Wooley and honeyman released at start of season. Faulkner at newburgh on loan.Mr naysmith got rid of youth so he could spend money on first team.see that is working out well
