Away From The Numbers

All good things come to an end. Or so they say. AFTN has been around since 1989, first as a fanzine and then making the jump to a website and forum in 2003. We've been through the many ups and down at East Fife in those 12 years but policing the forum has become a giant pain in the ass in recent years. As such, we made the decision not to renew it when it expired.

The forum is no more and will remain as a locked archive until it is eventually deleted by the host. We're looking in to try to save some of the content as an archive.

This is not the end of AFTN though. The site will continue and will be revamped and return in its full glory for the start of the 2016/17 season. Maybe even sooner. There will be a comment sections and possibly even a new, registered forum. Check our Twitter (@aftnwebsite) for all the latest info and we'll also post in on the EFFC memories Facebook page.

Until then, have a last browse here, thanks for all your support over the years, and 'Mon the Fife.

Forfar Highlights

Highlights from yesterday's game are now on the official site.

Re: Forfar Highlights

Any chance of a link I can't find the highlights ?

Re: Forfar Highlights

How good was Wallace?!! Superb player!

Re: Forfar Highlights

aye a link be great i can never find the highlights as there appear to be several offical and perhaps unofficial or out dated club sites

Re: Forfar Highlights

There is one official website which is www.eastfifefc.info

The old ones such as the .org are set up to redirect to this site and they do - I've just checked.

When you go to the home page click EF TV tab on the top right hand side. It will bring a heading season 2011-2012 which then takes you to the video archive and brings up the most recent one automatically.

Hope this helps.

Re: Forfar Highlights

Once again, Graeme, excellent highlights.
In my opinion, your editing skills are far better than the guys who are doing the same job for all the other Scottish League clubs; the variety of shots, including close-ups such as Gordon Durie talking to Gordon Chisholm, makes for a really professional looking production.
Keep up the good work - I'm certain you can make a career of this!!

Re: Forfar Highlights

Brilliant highlights.

Can't get over Wallace's quick feet and control to beat that defender for his second. Annoyingly the defender blocks the view from the camera. Class act.

Re: Forfar Highlights

Cheers Jim. A career in sports tv is what I'm hoping for!

Re: Forfar Highlights

When I go on EFTV no videos appear just the sfl badge and a few others ??

Re: Forfar Highlights

Excellent coverage and excellent performance. Wallace is superb.

Will the Albion Rovers defence be the latest to be cut by the SaW (Sloan and Wallace)?

Good to see big Ovy back in the defence.

Anybody notice Templeman's mincy run back up the park after his shot at approx. 2:24?
