Away From The Numbers

All good things come to an end. Or so they say. AFTN has been around since 1989, first as a fanzine and then making the jump to a website and forum in 2003. We've been through the many ups and down at East Fife in those 12 years but policing the forum has become a giant pain in the ass in recent years. As such, we made the decision not to renew it when it expired.

The forum is no more and will remain as a locked archive until it is eventually deleted by the host. We're looking in to try to save some of the content as an archive.

This is not the end of AFTN though. The site will continue and will be revamped and return in its full glory for the start of the 2016/17 season. Maybe even sooner. There will be a comment sections and possibly even a new, registered forum. Check our Twitter (@aftnwebsite) for all the latest info and we'll also post in on the EFFC memories Facebook page.

Until then, have a last browse here, thanks for all your support over the years, and 'Mon the Fife.

You have to change the green Stripes the are far too light.

Re: east fife kit database

I get a "password protected" message when I try that link.

I've got photos of most of my old shirts on http://www.oldfootballshirts.com/en/teams/e/east-fife/old-east-fife-football-shirts-t198.html if you need to check anything.

Need to take a few more photos though...

Re: east fife kit database

Home shirts 87-91, EFFC is top right to bottom left diagonally, instead of top left to bottom right diagonally.

Away 1995/97 (deckchair) was the 1995/96 away, sponsored by Andrew Forrester.
Black and red chequered strip was the 1996/97 away, not third.

Not picking fault for the sake of it, you've obviously spent a lot of time on this

PS would love to see a 1903 remake of the deck chair strip. Best EF away strip of all time.

Re: east fife kit database

Had a look at other team's shirts on this site. I know we've had some shocking strips over the years, but Cowdenbeath have a few shirts that would make you physically sick.

1994/95 Home AND Away
1991/93 Away - WTF?! BOAK!
