Away From The Numbers

All good things come to an end. Or so they say. AFTN has been around since 1989, first as a fanzine and then making the jump to a website and forum in 2003. We've been through the many ups and down at East Fife in those 12 years but policing the forum has become a giant pain in the ass in recent years. As such, we made the decision not to renew it when it expired.

The forum is no more and will remain as a locked archive until it is eventually deleted by the host. We're looking in to try to save some of the content as an archive.

This is not the end of AFTN though. The site will continue and will be revamped and return in its full glory for the start of the 2016/17 season. Maybe even sooner. There will be a comment sections and possibly even a new, registered forum. Check our Twitter (@aftnwebsite) for all the latest info and we'll also post in on the EFFC memories Facebook page.

Until then, have a last browse here, thanks for all your support over the years, and 'Mon the Fife.

The stupidly named BURGER trip to Err 30/3/13

Plan to get 10.26 Kirkcaldy which gets into Err at 13.17, tickets if bought with advance card half price allows 2 tickets per person, so should work out at £10.20 per head.

Let me know who's available chaps.

In my humble opinion one should partake a train ride with the Burger Boy's & Girl once in their lifetime.

Each time I have been with them it was hilarious never a dull moment.

Maybe next season I will be able to take a train ride again with them.

Hi, Tam the weather here is a wee bit warmer, the forecast for the next five days is, high's of 28 to 31 C and low's of 8 TO 11 C.

82* to 89* F and 48* to 51* F.

We had a 4.7 earthquake here yesterday no damage done just one big knock on our house.

Hopefully I will be over to take in a few games for next season, regardless
if we are in the 3rd division or not.

Why do you always need to ask Rab about the weather in California ? If you listen to the radio there are often weather reports

I'm going by train from queen street, easy in and out of the town for me for a cheap return. Just hope we start winning games now and many come through by bus or train via edinburgh to coatbridge sunnyside.

Cmon the Fife! So choo-choo can't wait, let the survival begin.
