Away From The Numbers

All good things come to an end. Or so they say. AFTN has been around since 1989, first as a fanzine and then making the jump to a website and forum in 2003. We've been through the many ups and down at East Fife in those 12 years but policing the forum has become a giant pain in the ass in recent years. As such, we made the decision not to renew it when it expired.

The forum is no more and will remain as a locked archive until it is eventually deleted by the host. We're looking in to try to save some of the content as an archive.

This is not the end of AFTN though. The site will continue and will be revamped and return in its full glory for the start of the 2016/17 season. Maybe even sooner. There will be a comment sections and possibly even a new, registered forum. Check our Twitter (@aftnwebsite) for all the latest info and we'll also post in on the EFFC memories Facebook page.

Until then, have a last browse here, thanks for all your support over the years, and 'Mon the Fife.

lets kick on from here

I for one am concentrating solely now on the last 2 or if playoff bound six games the rest of the things that have been happening can wait till the season ends.
most people know my views and they wont change however now is the time to show the boys like we did yesterday that we are behind them 100 %
I think that if we play like we did yesterday we can still maybe just maybe avoid the playoffs. however if we continue on this form then we have nothing to fear from queens park Peterhead or Berwick as it stands.
cmon the fife we can do this

Well said. Everyone has opinions and they should be respected. But now is the time to put differences aside for the next few weeks and lets stick together and make sure we stay in the league

Good post. Everyone does have their own views and should be respected, we are all Fife fans.

Re: lets kick on from here

I've been critical of the boo boys in the past but yesterday they were silenced by a home support prepared to get behind the boys from the word go. I genuinely felt that we were the twelfth man yesterday and the players were right up for it.
Same again at Dumfries please.
