We failed when we had to win today. We are now in the relegation play-offs. We have won a single game in four months. These plain facts are negative, negative, negative. What the fuck do you expect to find on this forum, a round of applause?

You are praising Cowden for JUST escaping the relegation play-offs, when in actual fact they would have been in them if it were not for the Pars getting points deducted? You think that is praiseworthy?

Div 3. Here we come , how the f@ck can we avoid this ?

Cowdenbeath had a must-win game today, and by god it was a tough one. When it mattered, they won 3-1 away to Hamilton. A Hamilton team who would have finished third in the First Division had they won today, instead of fifth. That is a huge result, and combined with Dunfermline's defeat, Cowden pulled it off against the odds.
Meanwhile back in Fife, East Fife had a far less daunting task, at home to Brechin, who had nothing to play for. We couldn't even manage a goal, and we were whipped 3-0 in a match we had to win.
So in answer to you first pointless point, yes I do consider Cowdenbeath's achievement to be praiseworthy, and I am confident that the vast majority of Scottish football supporters would concur.
We are looking at a scenario next season where the three other Fife teams could all be two divisions higher than East Fife. This has never happened before. I might be out on limb here, but I think that's a sign that we're in a bad way.
