Away From The Numbers
All good things come to an end. Or so they say. AFTN has been around since 1989, first as a fanzine and then making the jump to a website and forum in 2003. We've been through the many ups and down at East Fife in those 12 years but policing the forum has become a giant pain in the ass in recent years. As such, we made the decision not to renew it when it expired.
The forum is no more and will remain as a locked archive until it is eventually deleted by the host. We're looking in to try to save some of the content as an archive.
This is not the end of AFTN though. The site will continue and will be revamped and return in its full glory for the start of the 2016/17 season. Maybe even sooner. There will be a comment sections and possibly even a new, registered forum. Check our Twitter (@aftnwebsite) for all the latest info and we'll also post in on the EFFC memories Facebook page.

East Fife v Peterhead:
East Fife are awaiting fitness tests on Stevie Campbell and Collin Samuel, who missed training on Monday with knocks.
However, manager Billy Brown is confident the duo will join fit-again Darren McCormack in his starting 11.
Peterhead face an injury crisis with Callum Macdonald and Davie Ross sidelined after surgery and Martin Bavidge out with a hamstring problem.
Stephen Noble, David Cox, Andy Rodgers and Rory McAllister will be asked to play despite not being 100% fit.
East Fife manager Billy Brown: "Peterhead have won 10 games in a row and that is a terrific achievement in any league.
"They will be tough opponents but if we play like we can we can take an advantage into Saturday's game.
"The one thing we have to do is to have an error-free defensive display as they have good front men who could punish us."
Peterhead manager Jim McInally: "The players ended the season with eight successive wins and that carried on with wins home and away over Queen's Park in the play-off semi-final.
"However it has come at a price as a number of them are really patched and strapped up now.
"These guys are giving us everything and more and hopefully they can keep it going for two more games.
"East Fife will be boosted by their success over Berwick so we will have to battle hard."
